Mr. Hed,

I sincerely appreciate your questions. Unlike the last time you were here, I look forward to your enlightening insight.

Although I sincerely believe that you also have ulterior motives, like helping some weak hands to make the decision to sell so that you might eventually buy in cheap just prior to a run-up, I truly look forward to your questions.

As you may have already surmised I too, as well as a few others of sane mind, am very interested in just how some of these share grabs have been justified. The language in the 10K's is anything but clear. (Sorry Marty, the story about them being contrived that way just for the sake of them being difficult and confusing just doesn't wash.) I would like further clarification of where this CEO has come to the conclusion that he's worth what he's shagged from the shareholders.

I am of the mind that a number of us get together and hire a first rate White Shoe NY Pit Bull Law Firm that is familiar with SEC documents and can determine whether we, the shareholders, long term of course, have had any of our rights either abused or summarily taken away by these reckless decisions. Not to mention what rights we have within the context of the laws at our disposal to force a reversal of these actions.

It may very well be that RG has covered his tracks and done everything within the boundaries of the law. It may not. One thing's for certain; none of us here can make those decisions without the aid of first cabin counsel. Furthermore it's not my wish to harm the company, just evaluate our options.

Anyone interested please PM me.

Zeev--Just read your message from yesterday and Sword's "call to arms" response. My take is that TSIG was probably using unrestricted S8 stock for its various consultants instead of a paycheck! Not a case of sidestepping restrictions or abusing loyalty -- but simply a case that they need to eat too!
