Hey Etrade sucks and even the staff are trading elsewhere!!! Serious, twice today I had a market order into buy a stock and canceled both orders 20 minutes after they were placed!!!!! Sitting open for 20 minutes on a market order!!!! I wasn't able to get through to the trading floor who is when they are down, anyway I happened to have the direct number to a customers service guy, I've had sooooo many problems, anyway he said nothing was wrong! Sure then I told him I was switching to Schwab, and he said that would be a good idea, told me he'd been having problems with EC***** himself, and then I almost fell off my chair when he asked if I had Schwab's number handy so he could switch!!!! I told him just go to their web site www.schwabcanada.com or www. schwab.com!!!!! Wonder what his boss would think, wonder what the CEO would say, hey I use SCHWAB!!
