YES THAT HAPPENED, wouldn't believe it if I hadn't heard it with my own ears.

That's nothing, a few weeks ago they decided to change my log on in the middle of the day.

I had intrust accounts and cash accounts and had to get off line and close everything to get from one account to another so after 6 months of complaining they finally did something 11 am one day in the middle of trading.....

Then when they reset my pass they used someone else's SIN number as the temp. log on number, I wasn't able to trade anything or get quotes or anything for over 2 days!!!!

NO WONDER ETRADE EMPLOYEES DON"T USE ETRADE
