Clearly, something is in the works. You just don't get this kind of volume in this stock with increases in price when blood is in the streets for everybody else. I would discount an upgrade as a causative factor here. When folks are getting massacred, they don't give a hoot about upgrades.

The only thing that I can think of that would account for this is some sort of a buyout offer coming.
