TOM up over 50%, way out-performing the China index today. So much for that theory!

Last year, Q4 and year-end results weren't released until August. Given that the quarter just ended, I don't expect we will see results for at least another month or two, and maybe longer.

So what is driving the stock? New contracts? A takeover? ScotiaMcleod is bidding for 75,000 shares today with 47,000 already filled and 28,000 more on the bid at $0.75...
