Form 20FR

I called the SEC today (International Desk, 202-942-2990), and they confirmed that the company has submitted Form 20FR. It became effective on March 30. Because Sungold is a foreign reporting company, it has the option of submitting the 20FR on paper, or electronically. In this case, it was submitted on paper. The form is stored on microfiche. Paper copies will be mailed, as requested, to the public. Requests can be phoned into the Public Reference Desk, SEC.: 202-942-8090. I was told that copying costs will be charged. The particular file number for Sungold Gaming International Lt'd. is: 0-30006.

I'm a little disappointed about having to call and request a paper copy of the 20FR. It seems quaint in these electronic days. At this moment, I have only just obtained this information, and I don't know the reasons why the company and its' consultants chose to submit the 20FR on paper. There are probably some good reasons. I suppose one should keep in mind that the main thing is that the form has been submitted and is now effective. I do feel like whining a little though, because I was looking forward to snapping the info. up on the screen.
