From the latest BRCD S-1A, a partial list of exhibits follows including the redacted OEM agreements with DEL, STK and SQNT.

NOTE that DELL OEM agreement is dated Nov 1/98.

Question: When was the Brocade/DELL press release?

Answer: February 23/99, ie, in response to the naysayers on SI/Yahoo who sound like a broken record asking about announcements on OEMs, it took Brocade 4 MONTHS to announce their deal with DELL.
