Minor for Global as well. If this was an important agreement concerning fuel cell technology, it would be very important even for the titan Delphi.

These big companies sign hundreds of such agreements each year, I wouldn't place too much importance on it.

The agreement GM signed today with Toyota is of much greater importance and I think they will be using different technology than what Global is working on.

This deal reminds me of a deal signed last year between Nortel and Plaintree Systems. When the deal was announced, the shares of Plaintree soared, only to collapse later when Nortel bought Bay Networks and the Plaintree deal became irrelevant.
