DrReality: Let's inject a bit of realism into this debate. If you think GM would spin-off a huge division like Delphi so it would be free to make deals with other companies regarding fuel cell technology, then I'm beginning to understand the dynamics that lie behind the huge upswing in share price that one occasionally sees in stocks.

This Delphi spin-off is not related in any way to anything involving agreements of any sort. This spin-off has been in the works for years and was in GM's plans long before any of this ever came along.

Oh...why do I bother. The market is always right...in the long run!!

The Delphi association is bound to add more value to GLE !
