Everyone has to admit that ZSUN held very strong today. If the shorts ever had an opportunity to 'make a killing' it was today. Now, the company has issued a statement that audited financials are out and admittedly that does not satisfy me. However, once the 10 sb is filled, the books will be open and we could all have a look. As for allegations of 'fraud', they are false. Already have the name of the accounting firm and have checked it out. Stock split is great news!!!!!!! Based on projected earnings for 1999 coming in around 35 cents, I think that a P/E of 100 for an internet play is conservative even to satisfy all skeptics. That gives us a price target of $35 once the company is on the NASDAQ. Doc.
