Global announced a memorandum of understanding a couple months ago with Turbo Genset (http://www.turbogenset.com). They trade as tur.a on the Alberta. Anyway, it seems to be moving and is up .50 on low volume. Disclaimer so I won't be hated: I bought some yesterday at $2.65 when I saw it start to move. (-;
