I think a lot of folk are frustrated with failed Xybernaut P.R. promises and may have either temporarily abandoned this stock or are looking for any excuse to reduce their position (i.e.: sell on any price increase). Others realize that news tied to 4Q98 earnings is done with and no significant supporting P.R. is expected for a month (or two or three) when 1Q99 comes out. Another thing that bites is when 1Q99 earnings come out they probably won't release projections for 2Q99.

This stock just isn't very fun to own because pretty much anything you say about it ends up far more optimistic than the end reality.

I was intending to double-up later today (after half my position had been liquidated at 4 bucks last Wednesday), but felt a bit uneasy about hopping in just yet. I still like the stock (and think it's a speculative bargain), but feel more comfy with my half-cash position right now.

While 3-1/2 may be back within the next month, I believe there is no place to go but up for the next few years. JMHO.

Shoe.
