SO: Market breadth is still positive: quote.yahoo.com With the exception of the NAZ, Advancers outnumber Decliners... The NAZ which is heavily weighted in those overpriced technicals and internets is beginning to come back to earth as money flows to cyclicals and small cap value stocks... The New Lows continue to dry up... Conclusion: We are seeing nothing more than a market rotation of money from the very expensive stocks to the more reasonably priced stocks... The selling today represents panic selling of these overpriced stocks... For the most part the money is moving to cyclicals and small cap value stocks, not to bonds or money market... Jim
