---A U.S. crash may cause a one day downturn in Russia, but there is no rule that says the U.S. has to go up for Russia to go up. In fact a bad U.S. market could push money overseas. The action today in the U.S. with a late day 250 point reversal and a blood bath in tech stocks could be the start of the long awaited crash/correction IMHO.
---Yea, oil is even higher today. April's stats for Russia may look real good. Tax revenues should be up and currency reserves should start to benefit.
