I would think this is a good time to get in
The trouble is I waited all year for this. I reworked my accounts, I setup one for margin and another with "emergency" Dell shares which could be transfered in case of margin call. Rejiggered shares and then waited to pounce. Like some big footed kitten I pounced too early last week. I got a fistfull of bargains only to see their value evaporate over the next few days. Now I used up half my buying kitty.

This does not quite qualify as a bloodbath, IMO. A few more days of it in the Internet sector and it might be though.

The A/D for the NYSE was really quite nice. Bloomberg shows it as 1930/1197/441.
