I agree Kevin. Biggest point day loss will hopefully be followed by some strong recovery...

Kevin,

I agree with you :) BIDS to Nasdaq now is better than when it hits its highs.

Denise.

Every time you let a little air out of the Internet balloon, the Internet stocks on the Nasdaq charge ahead again. If we're going to have some air let out of the balloon, the timing was perfect. Better today than tomorrow. Only US$16.06 (Cdn.$24.25) per share. That's not a bad price for Bid.com especially when they install the motion picture live audio, live entertainment segment to their Internet auction. We must be also only days away from big action that will be going down in Europe with Bid.com. It wouldn't surprise me to see a major interview with Bid.com on CNBC-TV tomorrow or the next day. Did UBID have all this stuff plus major dutch auction patent, two major business models, awards, etc. when they hit Cdn.$287.00/share after 14 days on the Nasdaq? One thing UBID did have was fewer shares than Bid.com but the big question is where bid.com is a Canadian company, how many of their shares are kept for the long term by Canadian institutions, mutual and pension funds and the small Canadian investor? That big question is what is going to make the Nasdaq very interesting for Bid.com over the next 3 weeks. How many BID.COM shares are up for grabs to 300 million Americans on the NASDAQ.???
