<<Ben Rosen has a lot of fans who believe in him>>

I hear this but find it tough to believe....Mr. Rosen watched on the sidelines in the last 18 months as EP and his team destroyed CPQ, made unwise acquisitions, and lost the support of the leading Growth Fund Managers. Credibility on Wall Street is very tough to regain. Credibility with customers may be even tougher to regain. CPQ has a cost structure and business model that will not allow it to compete effectively with DELL and GTW. IMHO, CPQ should be selling in the low teens ...I do not have faith in their ability to efficiently execute and generate a high ROIC and ROE.

Scott
