GST,

>> does anything about today's action strike you as unusual?

In my case "ignorance is bliss".

I was in meetings all day. I had low-ball bids to buy amzn and yhoo, which filled. I should have placed them lower.

I am not at home by my trusty PC, so I guess I don't know.

GST,

Of the 40 stocks I have, I think only 2 were down by a point or more. LSI and CUBE. Several (Case, Deere, Tidewater, Diebold, etc...) were up strong. Of course I bought 300 each of yhoo and amzn today, which are now down.

Again, your call for a tech wreck was prescient (is that a word?). I think our LSI is heavily dependent on its Q report. I sure hope they have positive news.

The crash in the nets was awesome. I went into it short only 200 yhoo. I had been scared out of my amzn short on Friday. I think the big 3 will rebound. But from what level ???
