RTIN is buying a 34 chain company in Calif.
it's name is Fatburger. Three stores are
under construction with money on deposit
for 25 more.

RTIN made 2 cents a share in 1997. In 1998
they had 12 cents a share if you take out the
one time charges. A close reading of the 10K
should explain it. Of course there is more
to the story. I would recommend reading the
thread and a call to the IR person for a better
understanding.

IMO the stock is priced right for a profitable
entry.
