Re: Why does anyone respond the Mr. Pacquet

Most everyone seems quite content to harrass Mr. Pacquet and/or blow him off as some kind of fruitcake. Sure, he brings that on himself, but that fact aside, I would suggest that less chest-beating and more open-minded listening to Mr. Pacquet and others that take the time to post--perhaps the contrarians in particular--may be beneficial from time to time. It's been said that when two people agree completely on something, it's likely that only one of them is actually thinking. People like Mr. Pacquet might actually cause us to re-evaluate the herd mentality on occasion. Not necessarily a bad thing. And I'm willing to learn from anybody in this game--particulary people that know how to be RIGHT, and he sure was today! I don't have to like them or their manners, but I'll happily glean whatever knowledge I can from just about anybody.

But maybe that's just me.

Cheers,
JP
