Jacob:

If you have an account with Fidelity, you can get hourly quotes over the phone (probably on their web site as well)

Hourly quotes on Fidelity Select funds like FSESX are available at Fidelity.com (real time quotes), IF you have a regular account with Fidelity. 403b accounts are in a separate branch of Fidelity. Switching to an IRA is IMHO a good idea. I'm doing it soon, but not to Fidelity because of noncompetitive trading costs. My 403b contains only FSESX, previously I've done intraday trades with FSAGX using a real person - no extra charge.

Good luck. I'm holding.
