4TNiner: Alot of these applications were made during the original staking rush, so when they optioned property (the deal that was announced), and if these private vendors, already applied for the rights, this would make sense, remember, alot of the juniors that staked in the area, had to raise more money to go in and stake the ground,(flood rights) that means they would have to go to their backers, and I am sure that most won't back them until nwi hits again. Nwi saw a great opportunity, and jumped on it. G
