Nothing really, just a lil' running food fight some on this board have with the Bear Stearns analyst David Maris. He served as the main source for a very bearish WSJ article on Sepracor, that coincided with both a low (and turnaround) in the stock and his first SEPR downgrade on value concerns. He hadn't covered the stock long and seemed not to fully understand what they do. Looking back, I think his analysis was off-the-cuff more than anything else ("stock's up to 60 from where I recommended it at 45, no earnings, no revenues, think we should unload it and go with a more established company"), but it did push down further the stock that was already quite weak. His pick going forward was Alza, which hasn't done much since. Good times or bad, it's always fun to remind folks of this.
