An interesting post. You seem to have been subjected to pretty heavy intimidation, eh? They must be really worried; you didn't say anything so very outta line. In my experience these threats of legal action come to nothing. I don't think they'd really like to deal with the question of possible material misrepresentation in court. And in this case, it CAN be proved. Hey, guys, just for laughs can anyone tell us the locations of ABFGs mines? As late as February they didn't have any. If that status has changed, well, let's have the perimeter reports that should have been submitted to the Mines Branch, okay? Should this be a problem?
