Vendit: Thanks.
Let us know if the bottom is today or tomorrow.
AOL already lost 1/3 of it peak. Worst case scenario is another 10% pullback in which case I will see this around 105 tomorrow.
I will also check my chart. Sure we penetrated short term EMAs.

By the way somebody replied to Brian regarding valuation of AOL. I
completely agree with that answer.
As somebody put it in MSFT thread, how can you value a company
that provides information service and has knowledge workers as its capital as opposed to the one that makes soap or scraps metal and sell at 8% profit?
Like every industrial advancement internet is a new revolution in our quest for
betterment and this revolution is much larger than previous ones
as it involves not only goods but also information.
Its implications will last longer and people cannot understand
with old economies and trailing P/E mentality. Even mighty Gate
had a flawed vision on Internet and PC memory requirement but smart enough to recognize and change.

What has changed in terms of macro economic picture or world economy now that these things are so over valued compared to last week? If at all everything looks better than a week ago. So why this panic selling?

Think, Think, Think!

Today's selling is much broader. Look at my beloved Citigroup which
came out 15 cents higher than the expectation and got wacked by a point. Is there any other reason than profit taking and then reloading?
