Northern Cougar: My profit was small, and I really didn't think we were going to tank that far that fast. Got out with a point and a quarter. Thank the gods for the stop. I use Datek, and there are probably better outfits out there, but they do allow you to place stops (both market and limit) online. I am just starting to experiment with the buy stops, since so many of the hot stocks gap up at the open. Too soon to recommend this procedure. I am sure there are others out there who have more experience with that.
