So let me get this straight. These boneheads are hassling Mr. Bill because he reprinted (with the proper acknowledgements) a news release about a company that does not exist, and are saying that the publication of the article after it was found to be bogus somehow tarnished Business Wire, while at the same time they publish actual lies about actual real stocks and have an iron-clad disclaimer so they don't get sued when actual people lose actual money due to the actual lies they pass on through their press releases that they get paid for, for putting out? Am I understanding this?

Yes indeed they are. I had intended this for 'private' distribution, but now I feel it might as well be public since they intend to maliciously harrass me:

webnode.com

As per the letter, I replied to Koltun, via voicemail (he was out when I called), and via email. Additionally, I left a record of my call with their front desk at 1:00pm PST, via the Steinhart & Falconer employee attending the front desk, Vincent Viray, and asked him to acknowledge the 1:00pm call, which he politely verified.

We did indeed delete the "Business Wire"/"Bidness Wire" reference which was requested in the letter: webnode.com
