My statement on ABFG has been moved up to a neutral once again.

hello Daniel,

1) All my shares in ABFG are 144 shares, and do not come free for a very
long time!

2) Location of mines are three areas, Northern, centeral and south. Northern
are World Gems

ABFG has acquired seventy (70%) percent of the issued and outstanding WGC
shares for a commitment to invest machinery and start up capital for the
company. WGC holds 34 Sapphire and Gold perimeters in the Malagasy regions
of Betsiaka, Ambilobe, and Anivrano Nord. The Sapphires found on these
perimeters are of medium and low-grade commercial quality. These mining
areas are ready for immediate production and are expected to maintain a very
good cash flow for the foreseeable future.

Saowani Properties

AMERICAN BENEFITS has acquired ninety (90%) percent of the issued and
outstanding shares of SAO, a Malagasy mining company which owns thirteen
(13)-mining perimeter leases, with an option to acquire two more. A
perimeter summary is as follows:

Eight (8) Gold
Two (2) Sapphire
Three (3) Emerald
AMERICAN BENEFITS, through its Malagasy legal counsel, is in the process of
confirming SAO's position respecting these perimeters. All permits are
maintained by a computerized system in the offices of the Ministry in
Antananarivo, Madagascar, and confirmation is expected shortly.

The first phase of AMERICAN BENEFITS program is to commence immediate
testing to determine the economic feasibility of production on one of the
Sapphire concessions with sampling and exploration programs to be operated
simultaneously thereto on other perimeters.

I hope that this answers some more questions. All of this info has been
filed with the NASD and the SEC.

I sure that you have probably figured out that the people that have been
negatively posting on SI have been doing so much of it that it becomes
blatant they are there for reasons other than informing shareholders and
potential shareholders.

There are twenty people in this office, 6 people at the Florida office, 32
people in Madagascar (including locals), 3 people in NY, and 4 people in
Israel (today) all working their hardest for shareholders. Stop slaging a
great company where people strive for greatness and unique ideas. Do not be
fooled by people posting on SI that do not have their facts correct. They
make uneducated acqusations.

Hello Tony,

Have you ever owned several hundred shares of ABFG? Do you still own
them? Any reason that you sold?

Please forward this to Kelly's attention:

I have some questions regarding ABFG...

1) What is the exact location of ABFG's mines?

2) Could you please give me the details of last Wen. speech at the
White House that Sklar gave?

Also what is the relationship between ABFG and Trump Resources? Also I
noted that Dogget and Goldstein own 3 mil shares each as of 4/01/98...
Do you have an updated shareholder list?

How about a DTC list of MM's?

Thank you for the 15C. It is greatly appreciated if you could answer

those questions as soon as possible.
