<< "MOSCOW, April 19 (Reuters) - Russian President Boris Yeltsin pressed U.S. President Bill Clinton during a telephone conversation on
Monday to halt NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, the Kremlin said."
>>

It should have ended:

"President Clinton sent Boris another crate of Vodka, and Boris agreed to supply NATO with additional bombs."

Why is Turkey allowing passage of a Russian warship to the Adriatic?

I think Clinton had better consider the reports that there are some very "un-moderate" elements in Russia who are chomping at the bit to oust Yeltsin. Clinton is dealing with a "liberal" in Yeltsin. If Yeltsin's people can't talk any sense into Clinton, this could get bad if Yeltsin is replaced.
