If NWI is positioning itself for future partnerships the announcement today should dramatically increase the value of this firm. Although this was not evident by the stock performance today a big guy is only going to buy into NWI if they think the opportunity is there to make some coin. Now that NWI has increased its stake holding it will cost a partner that much more to come into the game plus it will make NWI that much more attractive given the size of its land holdings. FFT
