We essentially traded the entire interest not in institutional hands today. But, few real large blocks (+50K) were traded.

I believe that it is foreignaffairs.org
but the issue in question, January-February, seems to be caught in limbo between their updated archives (to Dec. 1998) and the home page which now shows the March-April issue.
The article on "graying of world's population" is highly instructive in terms of macro trends across developing and developed societies and the absence, thus far, of governmental will to address the inevitable consequences. It's worth the trouble to keep it in mind, either once the archives are updated or to find it in your local library (egads! what is that?) Regards. Liacos_samui
