that's what I thought with the Arizona connection. Seems like a good deal for PCTV, but why doesn't ASU (and other universities with spectrum) just digitize itself? Cost? I'd be surprised if they didn't have the expertise (though the guys I know there are philosophers and wetware. Don't know how their EE is.)

*OT* yup, thanks - still got 'em. Caught a nice backwind today that helped, but hurt some other buy and hold positions (such as some internets, many of which I finally took profits on today. Still long DCLK and EBAY though, and fwiw, got back into some USIX near it's low today.)
