Richard, AGM is having its jurisdictional hearing with Newmont on April 28 in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Why dont you get up to Vancouver and attend the hearing. It will be an all day affair and the procedure is open to the public. You can call AGM at 1-800 665-3119 for the time and address of the court. At the same time you are there you can interview the principals of the company and determine whether or not your accusations of insider dumping of the shares makes sense in light of what they tell you and the impression they make on you. Your accusation assumes that these fellows must be small time scammers. The reality is that they are small players with very big ideas, ambitions and abilities. Scalping a few dollars is not their style. Go up and see for yourself. Regards, Ed

Richard, in the past you have claimed that you are a shareholder. If that was true, then why are you constantly berating Ag Armeno. You probably do not know this but I will try and educate you. When you are short a stock that is not the same as being a shareholder. If in fact you are a shareholder why have you never called to do your due diligence, something all shareholders should due before owning a stock. If you did you would all ready know what is in the Agreement that you constantly claim is fictional. You would also know by talking to our lawyers that they really have asked us not to publish the Agreement on the internet, and we all would have been spared your pathetic attempt at sarcasm. Finally if you really are a shareholder and believe this is some sort of scam we are perpetrating on you why were you not selling today at 24 cents. Or were you selling to add to your short position. (Richard, once again, when you short a stock you are not a shareholder ) We invite all interested investors to call if you are interested in the truth (even Richard) or visit our website. PS.
