it would take 60% just to get us to fair value.. never mind that there would be economic consequences to a bomb of that size and therefore earnings would fall and push fair value even LOWER. then throw in the great economic conditions around the world and I could make a pretty good case for a decline to SPX 400 (10x earnings)
