I agree! Usually I can "see" my own trades at Canada StockWatch and so I don't need to rely on InvestorLine to confirm. When a stock is very busy (moving fast with large volume), and I can't definitely recognize a Nesbitt trade as mine, I will phone for the confirmation. At least phoning in for confirmations, unlike phoning in orders, does not cost extra.

So ... I do "tolerate" the sometimes crappy service (best of a bad bunch in my opinion), but I DO AGREE -- it does not add to the fun of trading.

Just to add insult to injury, the trades I placed 15 minutes before close yesterday have now been submitted and I've put a cancel on them at 8:55. Has not been processed and I see one of my orders sitting in SW market depth. I am getting slightly ill. Olga
