Here's one to watch SW...

I've come across an absolutely incredible deal – and one that's a no-brainer for all of us...It's SLOAN ELECTRONICS.....SLEL OTC:BB

barrington.edu

spanishuniversity.edu

8legs.net

salientcyber.com under construction

It's going to be a *.com deal, and one that we expect will out perform most in its industry

The industry? "Distance learning".

Here are a few tidbits about our SLEL:

SLEL is a fully-reporting company listed on the OTC-BB

SLEL is going to be announcing a name change later this week to Salient Cyber .Com (possibly Wednesday or Thursday). I heard promotional efforts are going to kick off just as soon as the *.com news release hits the wire.

No one knows about SLEL, nor how big they could be. There's not one
thread that talks about them on the chat lines. These folks have done their homework, and have a solid flow of real news releases to follow in the coming weeks. This firm is a thoroughbred, with solid legs to run on for many, many months.

Oh, did I mention that the float on this *.com play is only about one
million shares?

The distance learning industry has incredible potential. Investors
Business Daily (February 11, 1999) said that this sector is expected to grow at a pace of at least 33% annually. A research report published by B.T. Alex Brown (January 1999) pegs the size of the distance learning market at US$150 billion.

SW and ALL -- MUST READ on PABN below:

I know the float is HUGE but believe it or not its going bye bye into friendly hands quickly -- I've made 300% in a few days but it looks stronger than ever up almost 100% today. More unbelievable is it will be $1 plus in short order.

My favorite part of PABN is the Insider Trading division (daytrade site). Check it out here: insider-trading.net

PABN has a group of 450 shareholders which hold a strong and long position in this stock. See my message below by there ring leader SKITRADE. Many PR's are coming including some on the Insider trading Site. Remember JNNE's run. These guys did it.

I am formerly reccommending PABN for the index -- unless it runs too high before added.

SKITRADE is on the RB PABN board -- this is his e-mail address to get on his mailing
list DVMogulman@aol.com and below is some comments from his last e-mail

Finally, to the festivities! LOOK AT JNNE, TNRG, and ININ. 10 cents is a
psychological barrier. Once we break 10 cents, then people don't feel as
though they are holding a "penny" stock. Then it can run to 20 cents, 50
cents, etc. I am not predicting anything, but I can tell you that we are
light years ahead of we thought we would be!!! Almost 1000% this week.
And
it was a healthy 1000% . . . not a straight run. So long as the management
keeps up their good work (and they have done wonderfully so far), our 1$
goal
is not far off, in our opinion.
Related to our goals: We have been researching for about 12-14 hours a
day,
looking for another PABN. We cannot find one. Therefore, (and due to the
great performance this week) we have lifted our initial sell price of 13
cents. WE WILL NOT SELL ANY SHARES UNTIL AT LEAST 50 CENTS. IF IT
GOES TO
ZERO, THEN WE GO DOWN WITH THE SHIP. At that time (50 cents) we will
take
somewhere in the neighborhood of 10% off the table. We will hold the rest
to
1$ plus. Our goal is ride a stock from 1 cent to Nasdaq. We are, roughly
115 and 9 winners to losers since December. We feel that PABN is our best
pick to date. This is our opinion!

The 1$ goal: This is a promise, and you can hold us to this.
Jump on now and enjoy the ride

SW: XYBR- NEWS: Fraunhofer IGD Chooses Xybernaut(R) Wearable PC for Mobile Tourist Information Research

HANNOVER, Germany, April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Xybernaut Corporation (Nasdaq: XYBR), a leader in mobile computing and Fraunhofer-Institute for Computer Graphics in Darmstadt (IGD), today announced that the Xybernaut Mobile Assistant(R) (MA IV(TM)) wearable PC has been selected as the platform of choice for applied research projects of IGD.

One of 48 research institutes of the Fraunhofer Society, the Fraunhofer IGD focuses on Mobile Tourist Information Research, that is, applied research with the aim of further developing the technology of computer graphics and of making the results of the new technology available. Fraunhofer IGD implements new trend-setting applications through software and hardware prototypes which test products offered by resellers and end users. The Fraunhofer IGD is working on different research areas such as collaborative environments for visual communication. They apply this research to practical applications to contribute to the technological advancement of the European computer industry.

"The all new Mobile Assistant provides a perfect platform for our advanced software systems in hands-free computing environments," said Dr. Uwe Jasnoch, head of the department for graphic information systems, Fraunhofer IGD. "Besides the enhancement of the tele-service application, we are working on a distinct mobile tourist information system, bringing a new quality of on-demand information to the end user. Combining different technologies, from computer vision technologies throughout speech input to enhanced digital elevation models, on top of the MA IV as the computing basis, will bring new services and possibilities in mobile environments." IGD's MA IV customers include automotive, airplane, and mechanical, and architectural engineering, and will use the systems in planning, testing and training for assembly and disassembly, as well as in maintenance.

Dr. Edwin Vogt, General Manager of Xybernaut GmbH and Senior Vice President of Xybernaut Corporation stated, "Wearable computing is a very powerful new paradigm for human interaction with computers at work, at home, or on the road. Locally, or via the Internet, it will quickly spread from industrial applications to the consumer arena. This type of cooperation, which we started last year in working closely with IBM on speech control of applications, creates the knowledge and the software parts our customers need to quickly derive benefits from this model and from our products."

The MA IV began shipping to European customers in 1st Quarter 1999. It consists of a belt-worn computer, a color VGA head-mounted display suspended in front of either eye w/microphone and earphone, an optional wrist-mounted flat panel touch screen color display keyboard, a battery pack, and integrated voice-recognition software. Xybernaut's current customers include leading Fortune 500 companies and government organizations for many mobile knowledge delivery system applications, including maintenance and repair, diagnosis, inspection, inventory control, manufacturing and data collection.

Xybernaut Corporation is the leader in providing hardware, software and service solutions to the wearable computing industry. The Company's patented wearable computer systems feature speech-activation, flat panel and head-mounted displays that allow users hands-free access to information in the computer's internal storage, in local area networks, and on the Internet on an as-needed, where-needed basis. Xybernaut's software is designed to provide users with the right information needed for the task at hand using consistent navigation techniques and screen presentations.
