Herb didn't mean to add confusion , been a year since studying the notes

The market savy Note holders faced with a $29 June 1 call should consider a mutual conversion strategy 1st before a individual one .

These converted notes can equal over 16 mln new shares , have large brokerage house representation and thus can influence share price.

Fidelity (and other unknown Funds) , along with the owner representatives (NorWest etc.), will probably use the notes collectively to gain a bigger conversion profit .

Could just be my paranoia but we will never know for sure .
