Phil, I can only post my thoughts on current developments as to explain
what I understand and wish and decide to do. Eventho I have much less insight
into this investment stuff, close to zero, I am still going on something
called gut feeling and between the lines, as this is all I am able to do.

That said, those above empty of information sentences above, I will continue
to take the stand that Dave Webb is doing a better job as president than most
others in the field. Dave may not be the best, but to me he is at the top of
the pack, and I will predict that in time he will demostrate this.

So with no facts to present, I will continue to hold my mgr shares,
and if you and other sell, causing share price to go down, then unless
this company goes into chapter 11 first, I will buy more.

I did this with the company IPM, and looks like I will loose all there.

Maybe I learned something there, in that no company person would talk
to shareholders. This has Dave. MGR will be my lesson # 2.

Doug

Phil, three words. Time to unload.
No, actually more than 3 words.
For us MGR holders that paid say an average of $ 1.50/share, this leaves us with an very attractive break even price of $30.00/ share.
Thanks, Dave.
By the way Doug.. Wake up !
