as I would hate to have to get in at a higher price than I sold if things don't go as we envision.

That's a good point to discuss. It is true that you will have fewer shares but what difference does it make? If the stock appreciates 50% then you are worth 50% more regardless of how many shares you have.

The only reason I can see that number of shares matter is if you are selling covered calls or something like that. Tell me if I am missing something.

Just a note. The prediction should be for July 12 as the last high day and not July 5. It is the same as this month (assuming that the earnings calendars are about the same).

You are right that the safe day out is July 9.
