Yes, I've seen that happen. But they do allow OTC stocks that are over $5 in other categories. The IPO category does seem the logical place.

Actually, I think all of them were moved from IPO to $5 and under, put them in the IPO category since they were all reverse mergers.

Not sure what offended them about my thread that they moved it from short term traders to $5 and under.
