Hello to the LIFC thread. I am considering an investment in LIFC but have a few issues that need some input. First, I am concerned that the company receives the raw supply for its main product from donations. The company has no way to regulate or insure its supplies. Also, from reading the 10-K, the pricing of donated skin could fall under several regulations. Second, I am confused about the exact status of Alloderm in relation to the FDA. Is the issue settled or could the FDA suddenly decide that Alloderm does not fall under the exception it currently holds. Finally, the few analysts following the stock seem to have cut their earnings estimates and price targets severely over the last year. Even the current estimates for the stock seem overly optimistic (one uses an assumed sales growth rate of 95%). Is LIFC close to profitability or does it have a few more years of losses before it turns the corner? Turning profitable is what will bring this stock out of its current trading range. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
