I also heard from my friend and from a tv interview with former pm of Yugoslavia that there had been an ongoing underground organization to get rid of MS and the US did nothing to help that organization.. I guess clinton was too busy

Clinton was also told by other military advisors that Milosevic might back down. NATO knew that the Kosovo was going to be ethnic cleansed regardless of what they did. So, do you just sit on your hands and show NATO to be all bark and no bite, and let the Kosovos get slaughtered, or do you try to save them with a powerful Air offense. The Serbs had been brutalizing the Kosovos for 10 years. No matter what NATO did, there was no way to stop Mad Dog Milosevic and Dog Face, his wife, from carrying out their plans of racial hatred against the Kosovos.
