Well, it's a thrice told tale, but I have to tell it again:

The very first time I ever saw Bob Pisani on CNBC was, I believe, the day he started working there. He was (and I quote)

"live from the floor of the Chicago Board of Exchange"

I happened to be in a room with some other people that were doing some business related to the stock market, and we couldn't breathe.

But it got better. The floor of the CBOE is a big room full of very, very smart people. Very smart, and very wild. These are people that live life in the lane two lanes to the left of the fast lane.

Many of them have those little hand held red laser pointer thingies, they use them to identify different trades and such.

While Bob was on live TV, there were 3 or 4 little red dots moving up and down his tie.

We were dyin' there where I was working.

Pisani - I heard on CNBC the other day that he got his start some years back as a guest. Supposedly he had some real estate experience. Hard to believe he knows anything about anything.
