DiviCom provides MPEG Encoders to WGBH

Las Vegas - April 19, 1999 - DiviCom, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of C-Cube Microsystems (Nasdaq: CUBE) and a leading provider of open solutions for digital television, announced today that it was selected by WGBH in association with the COMARK Division of THOMCAST Communications, Inc. to supply of a complete digital television package for their station in Boston.
