I heard that today on NPR also. My first question that came to mind is what will they do about earnings reports after the close? It be a feeding frenzy when they re-open the market after a report. I also bet the big boys will be ticked off that they won't have the advantage of dumping a stock that reported bad earnings overseas any more while we have to wait until the AM. Now the little guy can bail right away also.
