I noticed that part of the release today as well. I guess they have a lot of confidence in the new products. I think with the sub 1000 PC as its niche Corel could make some real money on the suite.

...Shares are set at a value of $6.30 US by Sept. 30, with Corel covering any stock value difference with cash.
