To All, Call 202-456-1111 the White House and ask President Clinton to stop this illegal (contrary to War Powers Act of 1964- remember the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution? How quickly we forget!) bombing campaign. Let's spend the money on rebuilding the Balkans instead and integrating them into the world economy.... As for damage Yugoslavia has lost 1/2 of its air force and about 15-20% of its armor. However its armor is not central to its plan for defense of Kosovo, which will follow a guerilla warfare model....
