<<Issues of Facts: "You certainly aren't going to get accurate/realistic information from Hausman [sic], when he talks like that"* Issues of Law: [Alleged] [consistent patterns of] Defamatory Libel? Again, with all due respect, we are confident, at this point, that you may be hearing from ThrustMaster and or Frank Hausmann's legal counsel?>> esecurities: In my opinion, you guys have lost all credibility to me and probably to the followers of this board. One can not take your statement regarding TMSR's legal counsel contacting an individual over an opinion posted on a public forum regarding a public figure seriously. The post, on its face, indicates that it was not written with malice or knowingly false. The post reflected the loss of credibility for the CEO for making, in the writer's opinion, unsubstantiated public comments. If you would like a legal opinion regarding what constitutes libel and what does not, I will be happy to supply you one. In the mean time, unsubstantiated threats of defamation lawsuits do more to chill free speech than the intentionally malice misstatements of facts which the laws of defamation set out to curb. The very idea that TMSR's legal counsel would be inclined to do anything in this regard is ridiculous. As a shareholder, I would balk at the use of the company's limited cash flow on legal expenses such as this. Additionally, where were the legal eagles when I offered to contact Bill Elliot Racing (10 year most popular NASCAR driver) two years ago about endorsing NASCAR Pro? In fact, esecurities' credibility should have been questioned by me when you guys said the TMSR's share value exceeded $100. What a joke. Jason Rooks, Esq.
