V$gas.Com, it is precisely because I own a sizeable (for me) chunk of stock that I am unwilling to gloss over events published in the 10KSB that may deleteriously affect the value of that stock. If they have a stockholders' meeting, I will be there "if the creek don't rise."

Marty and others say that reality is a lot better than what is portrayed in the 10KSB. If that's true, GREAT! That would make me happy. But if the company could make the 10KSB look a lot better (and more realistic) by eliminating an unneeded revolving credit line which just happens to be grossly unfair to the stockholders, why not do it? Eliminate the unneeded revolving credit line and 26.6 million shares will no longer be "beneficially owned" by Robert Gordon. This will look a lot better to potential investors.

Some have suggested that my posts and those similar are scaring away potential investors. When the mutual fund managers think about investing in TSIG, will they be reading the thread or the 10KSB?
