Steve, if memory serves me, there are about 16 million held close to management. Another 2 million held by a mutual fund group. You can tell that it is fairly well held when it can move 60% on only 90,000 shares.

Cheers,

Paul

Steve, here's some useful info from the October '98 shareholders info circular...

Name Number of Shares Percentage of
Raymond S. H. Lau 6,839,250 34.1%
James W. Wong 3,749,000 18.7%"
.
.
Ben T.W. Chong President 1,865,250"

------------------------------------
Total (approx) 12.4M shares held by key personnel.

This leaves approx 8.1M shares for the rest of us...which, I believe 2M are held by a mutual fund... leaving 6.1M.... which, if memory serves me correctly, the previous Company (which TS did an RTO with) had 4M shares outstanding.... leaving at between 2-6M shares in the public float. Let's guesstimate 4M shares, based on the fact it's been over 4 years since they did the RTO, and some of old stock must have made its way to market. Canaccord (or one or more buyers from Canaccord) bought 1M shares (approx) from an insider last year at around 90+ cents. Leaving about 3M shares for the general public.

If we assume that more than one person at Canaccord bought the 1M shares last year, one or more of these people could be selling now, for whatever reason. I haven't pulled the numbers, but I'd say their net sales are relatively low. In any event, their selling today had a stabilizing affect on the share price. Without these sales, we would have easily broken through the $1.00 /share mark. The next couple of weeks / months, could be very interesting.

Regards,

JT
